Working as a vendor

If a client dispatches you work through Planning Portal, you get a portal scoped to that client: your assigned work orders, quotes, your rate card and your schedule with them.

Completing a job may require documents (service report, photos, certificates); the completion page lists exactly what is outstanding and takes uploads directly.

If you run your own Planning Portal account, dispatched work lands in it natively instead, with your own numbering, costing and scheduling around it. Your rates can auto-apply to any client who engages you, from your standard catalogue.
