Planning Portal runs the whole job on one record: intake, scoping, quoting, scheduling, field delivery, invoicing and long-term asset planning.

The product is presented as five workspaces, switched from the picker at the top of the sidebar:

• Plan: where work becomes a priced, defensible scope
• Schedule: dispatch, capacity and SLA jeopardy
• Service: field delivery for your crew and your vendors
• Field Wiki: the asset knowledge base, optionally shared with clients
• Admin: people, roles, customers, billing and configuration

What you see depends on your role. A field worker may see a single app with just their day in it; an admin sees everything. Start with the dashboard, open a work order, and follow it through its life. Most screens link to the next step in the flow.
