The asset registry
Field Wiki
Every asset carries its identity (type, location, serial), condition grade, criticality, documents, photos, troubleshooting notes and full work history. Assets can be bound to a customer, so each client's estate stays cleanly separated.
Assets link both ways with the site map: place an asset on the map from the registry, or capture it in the field with GPS and photos and it appears in the registry. Condition and criticality feed risk scoring and the long-term plan.
Use the registry as the single source of truth: if a crew learns something about an asset (isolation point, access quirk), it belongs on the asset, not in someone's head.
